What is a DC cooling fan?

Dc cooling fan is mainly composed of rotor, stator, fan blade and other auxiliary components, control circuit should have many semiconductor components, now has been stored in one or more IC, there are many manufacturers specially designed and manufactured many types of control motor IC to supply fan circuit design and use. Different types of IC control circuits are different, but the main purpose is to provide effective coil functions and fan-related characteristics for more effective control and protection.
The working principle of DC cooling fan:
Through DC voltage and electromagnetic induction, the electrical energy is converted into machinery to drive the rotation of the wind blade, in short, relying on the coil and IC constantly switch, induction magnetic ring from the wind blade rotation of the heat dissipation equipment.
Advantages of DC cooling fan:
1, DC cooling fan adopts the most advanced design, with large air volume, low noise, long life, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
2, the use of high-quality bearings, silicon steel sheet, enamelled wire, with higher reliability.
The monitoring methods of the DC cooling fan are as follows:
There are two types of monitoring methods for the DC cooling fan itself: alarm sensor and speed sensor. The alarm sensor can give an alarm signal when the fan speed is lower than a certain threshold value, and the speed signal output can realize the real-time monitoring of the fan speed. Obviously, the greater the amount of air, the higher the heat dissipation capacity of the DC cooling fan. This is because the heat capacity ratio of the air is certain, and the greater the air volume, that is, the more air per unit time can take away more heat.
The speed signal output from the DC cooling fan circuit is usually in the form of a pulse, each wave head indicates that the fan has turned around, and such a signal can be directly provided to the host through the data bus for display. The output speed signal of some fans is not the true speed of the fan, but a multiple of the speed, such as 2, 4 or 6 pulses per turn, which must be processed to form a signal reflecting the true speed of the fan.
